Responsible for the direction of 10 - 15 centers in a division. Includes, but not limited to, coaching and developing managers, managing performance and expenses.

Operations: Manage P&L. Set financial goals for centers. Maintain accurate cash controls and security procedures with Company and Loss Prevention standards. Prepare Divisional Monthly Operating Reviews (D-MORs). Audit centers on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures. Review operating results of centers to identify areas of opportunity for increased profits and/or decreased expenses. Oversee expansion of new centers.

Marketing: Maintain an on-going marketing strategy and marketing tracking sheets for the centers. Conduct divisional market analysis/strategy to increase total market share and active accounts.

Leadership: Recognize and develop skills/abilities of associates in order to meet center and Company objectives. Motivate, train and develop center team members on proper techniques and processes.

Human Resources: Recruiting, hiring, training, disciplining, evaluating, developing, and terminating employees within the division. Oversee bonuses and payroll.

Sales: Understand, recommend and sell products and services to meet customer's needs.

Compliance: Work with managers to ensure that all federal, state, and local laws are followed.

Collections: Oversee team in collections from past due, (NSF), and write-offs, consistent with Company policy and regulatory requirements.

Equivalent Education Level Required: College degree in business related field or equivalent experience.

Experience Required: Demonstrated knowledge of business operations in a multi-unit environment, preferably with 3 - 5 years of experience.

Knowledge Required: P&L, collections, and cost controlling measures. Strong computer, telephone, and mathematical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem solving, reasoning ability, analytical, time management, organization skills. Experience with managing, training, coaching, and developing a team. Strong tenacity and persuasion skills.

Physical Requirements: Standing/sitting for long periods of time; occasional lifting less than10 lbs.; driving and having access during the workday to an insured and reliable transportation in order to complete tasks, and providing staffing coverage; exposure to outdoors limited to elements that the ordinary person would be exposed to at that time; typing; data entry; grasping; ability to travel to, be physically present at, and complete the physical requirements.

Travel: Extensive travel within division.

Attire: Professional business attire or Advance America logo apparel required.

Other: Must be eligible to work in the USA, and able to successfully complete all post offer screens, including a criminal background check, MVR, credit check where required by state law, reference check, and drug test. Regular and punctual attendance is required. Must be available from 8:00AM to 8:00PM Monday through Saturday. Must meet all applicable state and local regulatory requirements. In some states, you may be required to become a notary upon request (at the Company's expense).
