About this job
Staffmark is looking for an Application Review Specialist to facilitate the approval process of applications from current and previous banking customers. This position will consist of providing customer care via phone as well as reviewing potential risk items on applications. Current and Previous tellers encouraged to apply!
Hours of availability between 7am-8pm Mon-Fri
Must have the ability to soundly make decisions.
Duties:
-Reviews status of loan applications
-Notifies the applicant of status of loan
-Makes decisions on flagged risk items in system
-Communicates with other departments; Fraud, Customer Service etc.
-Other duties as required
Required Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED
-Minimum of 3 year customer service experience
-Previous Banking experience required
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent listening skills.
-Ability to work with Microsoft Access, Excel and Word.
-Must be able to organize daily task and manage a growing sales pipeline
