Delivery Driver:
• Determines out-the-door times and communicates to fellow crew members.
• Delivers orders in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Follows Marco’s safe delivery rules, as specified in the Marco’s Manuals.
• Makes cash drops after each delivery run, and never maintains more than $20 cash, in accordance with the Marco’s Manuals.
• Maintains a safe vehicle that is in compliance with all applicable state safety requirements and the Marco’s Manuals, and which presents a professional, hospitable image to Guests.
• Delivers pizzas to all Guests’ front doors, including walking up steps/stairs as necessary.
• Assists in maintaining store cleanliness.
• Assists at the Cut Table and in the store as needed.
• Effectively relates to Guests and other crew members in a courteous and cooperative manner.

• Maintain compliance with all corporate-mandated training certification requirements.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and demeanor conducive to a 5-star Guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with all company, store, federal, state, and local policies, procedures, laws and ordinances as required (particularly with regards to food, health, and safety).
• Maintain a just-opened store and personal appearance - unless actively making a product, all employees should be cleaning, all the time.
• Advocate and demonstrate Marco’s Cultural Beliefs on a daily basis.
• Avoid any use of personal electronic devices while on the clock.
• Demonstrate teamwork and a sense of urgency.
• Abide by all policies as set forth in this Handbook and the Marco’s Manuals.
