About this job

Reviews prep sheets for food preparation. Prepares food as required. Works FOH / BOH duties as required. Responsible for clean up.

Essential Functions:

Reviews prep sheets for food preparation
Begins and completes baking/food preparation.
Builds baskets.
Responsible for Breakfast and lunch preparation
Works FOH as required (see secondary functions below).
Responsible for clean up duties. (daily and weekly)
Empties trash as required

Requirements

Job Requirements
Average hours per week: 45

Shift: Open / Mid
Open = 6am – 1pm
Mid = 8am – 2:30pm
Close = 11:30am – 5pm

Physical Requirements:

60% of time Standing

Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs for the following tasks:
- Lift and carry food trays/baskets
- Lift and carry ingredients
- Lift and carry grocery stock

Continuous finger gripping for the following tasks:
- Operate cash register
- Tying baskets
- Manipulate currency
- Writing, Calculator

80%: Indoors
20%: Outdoors

License or Certificate required:
Valid drivers license. Proof of insurance. Valid SSN

Experience or Training required:
Must complete internal 2 week training. Must pass MVR.
