Interviewing for AM Line Cooks at Piatti - Mill Valley!

We are currently interviewing for AM Line Cooks who are willing to work weekends and work 30-36 hours per week.

The Line Cook will set up their workstation with required mise en place, tools, equipment and supplies according to standards. The line cook will prepare and produce menu items for the restaurants private dining and/or bar, following recipes and yield guides, and proper plate presentation and garnish for all dishes. Line cooks also maintain the organization, cleanliness and sanitation of your work areas and equipment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two years’ restaurant experience
• Two years’ experience in a food preparation position
• Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding
• Food Handler Certification
