The Team Lead will:
  • Enthusiastically represent Mosaic and our client
  • Educate and inform shoppers about everything our client has to offer
  • Engage shoppers and share key messages about our client's & sponsor’s products to create a "buzz" to gain attention
  • Be responsible for all reporting, photos, & receipt reconciliation
  • Manage a company Credit Card
  • Enthusiastically create memorable brand experiences for shoppers
  • Work with local vendors and public service officers to give the shoppers a fun event-filled experience
  • Provide detailed feedback on shopper interactions and comments
  • Present a professional appearance
  • Wear specifically required apparel (all events are outdoors)
  • Attend in-depth and comprehensive brand/product training
  • Maintain working knowledge of all client products in order to be a subject matter expert
  • Set up & Breakdown large scale event equipment
  • Manage & Train up to 6 onsite Brand Ambassadors per event
  • Available on specific Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year. Several events may require significant travel resulting in traveling on Fridays & Mondays
  • Available a few hours during the week for shipment receiving and communication with Market Manager
  • Be willing to travel up to and exceeding 500 miles in company cargo van
  • Manage equipment out of a Storage Unit
  • Work within allotted time frames
  • Every week – Team Lead picks up Van on Thursday/Friday (if local)
  • Must be able to return cargo van immediately following event on Sunday or no later than noon on Monday following event if traveling
Qualifications

  • Previous promotional experience and staff management of large scale events is required
  • Be comfortable talking and working with Store Management
  • Existing knowledge and experience with large big box stores is a plus
  • Be comfortable driving a Cargo van
  • Be able to ship, receive and store shipments - large and small deliveries, up to 2-pallets worth
  • Be responsible for all event equipment during activations and during downtime
  • Extremely outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic
  • Comfortable educating and sharing product feature and benefit information with shoppers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Skills such as Face Painting, Barbequing , Photography, and MCing are a plus
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Independent and motivated whose past experience clearly demonstrates team player abilities
  • Must have access to computer and smart cell phone (Android or IPhone – must have internet and app download capabilities)
  • Must be able to lift 75 pounds+ as some event equipment may be heavy
  • Must complete a video interview after prescreening
  • Must be able to commit to training dates.
  • Must be able to commit 100% to specific event days
  • Must have access to a computer to complete required post event admin 24 hours following events.
  • Must remain responsible and compliant with all event charges and submission of receipts within 24 hours of event.
