Heart of House Supervisor - Quaker Steak, Full Time or Part Time - Full-time / Part-time

Supervise the preparation and presentation quality of food to Quaker Steak & Lube Guests’ expectations every time. Primary focus is on the kitchen with duties including inventory control, purchasing, personnel supervision and direction and food production. Supervises trains and motivates all kitchen Team Members when on duty. Takes daily inventory counts and verifies inventories with the Manager. Continually monitors personal and other Team Members' behavior for unsafe practices and takes corrective action when necessary.
