Job Description

Seeking a high energy, candidate to manage the entire online presence and sales, for Amazon, and in house online store. This is a highly cross-functional role. The candidate needs to be proactive, resourceful and have the ability to problem solve, make decisions and achieve agreed objectives

Ecommerce Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product online from initial upload to implementing marketing and promotion plans to drive awareness and maximize sales

  • -Work well with Design & Executive team to build product assortments

  • -Work with our social media team & platforms.

  • Manage sales for Amazon

  • Performance analysis using Google Analytics & Amazon reports. Build, analyze & present reports to support business decisions including distribution, marketing activity requests and promotional plans

  • Monitor online competitors

  • Managing all customer service emails and respond accordingly. Have a high awareness for consumer reviews and communicate these to Design and Executive team to drive continuous improvement

  • -Project Management as necessary

Requirements:

  • Solid experience with Amazon is required, Minimum 3+ years. Strong knowledge of Seller Central

  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage workload & priorities to meet deadlines

  • -Experience with Google Analytics is a plus

  • Advanced Excel functions

  • -Strong creative and analytical skill set

  • -Knowledge of HTML and Photoshop is a plus.
