Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- In depth knowledge of digital cameras and broad knowledge of photography
- Ability to work with team members
- Available to work most weekends (Saturday)

In addition we have a professional print lab, custom frame shop, education center, professional photography studio, equipment rental department and video transfer department within our 5,000 sq. ft. location. We are an omni-channel company and our sales associates have sales opportunities in-store, as well as, on Amazon, Ebay and other online channels.
