The Training Coordinator is responsible for the execution and organization of all training programs for CAREGivers. This position will also require the support of shared services.
Primary Duties
Ideal Candidate should have the following:
Able to multi tasks in a busy office
4 year college degree preferred
Able to communicate effectively including written and oral
Two year of or related business experience or an equivalent combination of education
and work experience may be considered
Must pass all company required background checks
Preferred direct care/home care background experience
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the execution and organization of all training programs for CAREGivers. This position will also require the support of shared services.
Primary Duties
- Assist and schedule CAREGiver Orientation.
- Assist in creating/maintaining monthly training calendar for New Hires and current employees.
- Evaluate and update all orientation and training materials as needed.
- Develop monthly in-service topics to meet CAREGiver and office needs.
- Assist and schedule CAREGiver Trainings, In-services and Alzheimer's Training
- Conduct offsite training sessions to engage and educate the community.
- Ensure Home Instead Senior Care standards are met and upheld.
- Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with supervisors, colleagues and CAREGivers.
- Will work in Kent and Sussex Counties , Delaware
- Weekend hours are required and flex time is allowed
