Our Frisch's Commissary is looking for a Bakery Associate for it's 3rd shift operations. This position will primarily work with the "bread making crew" to assist in the production of bread goods that we ship to our restaurants daily. Additionally, during our preparation for the Thanksgiving holiday, this individual will help prepare our famous pumpkin pies!
The ideal candidate will be available to work our 3rd shift (7pm until the close of the production shift, which is roughly 2a-4am) on Sunday night through Thursday night. While typically there are no weekends required, during our busy season for the holidays (November) there may be weekends required.
Other qualifications include:
- Being a self-starter and comfortable working in a close knit team of three employees, while occasionally asked to perform duties independent of the team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs of product throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
- Having an attention to detail, strong work ethic and high level of personal accountability.
- Ability to interview/job preview during the evening hours (roughly 8:00pm) with other crew members and the supervisor.
