Job Description:
Cooking and loading feathers with an articulated rubber tired loader vehicle.
Shift: 8:00pm - 8:00am
Job Duties:
Keep work area clean and free of clutter (housekeeping); Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); Using correct tool for each job assignment; Report injury of oneself or coworker to management; Report job hazards immediately (correct immediately when possible) and document; Inspect all tools and materials for defects and safety issues; Follow all safety rules and guidelines.
Cooking and loading feathers with an articulated rubber tired loader vehicle.
Shift: 8:00pm - 8:00am
Job Duties:
- Operating articulated tired loader vehicle to load feathers
- Ensure electronic and manual settings are correctly set to ensure the highest quality of material being produced
- Fills Feather Hydrolizers and tightens the domes to ensure the materials cooks correctly
- Record data from the feather cooking process
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months related experience
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain a valid powered industrial truck license
- Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Employee must follow all standard operational procedures
