About this job
Dayton automotive supplier has immediate need for Quality Control Inspectors on 2nd and 3rd shift. You will be responsible for performing in process, first piece and final inspection of parts used in the production of world class automobiles. Test and inspection of parts for proper dimensions, finish, performance, mechanical and chemical characteristics. Position requires the following skills;
Ability to read and use micrometers, calipers, and specialty gages
Recording and data entry of data, reports and audits
Use of inspection equipment including CMM and optical comparator
Sets up and performs inspection using non-destructive and destructive test on parts and materials
Reading and interpret drawings, blueprints, diagrams and sketches

Previous Quality experience a must.
