Responsibilities

• Create qualified leads for our sales team via inbound and outbound calls to potential clients
• Have a professional manner and be experts at establishing rapport with clients quickly
• Set appointments for our national sales team
• Provide a high standard of customer service for all inquiries
• Create a positive experience for all clients

Requirements

• Prior customer service and/or inside sales experience
• A professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Must have highly developed ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Motivated by achievement and driven to continuously exceed goals
• Willing to be mentored, and eager to learn
• Ability to work extended hours as required

Compensation: $13/hr plus bonuses/commission for exceeding goals.
