BASIC FUNCTION: The Talent Solutions Specialist works autonomously as part of the Talent Solutions Center of Excellence to support Comprehensive Services clients and associates in a domain expert role focused on talent management (recruiting and onboarding, compensation management, performance management, learning and leadership development, rewards and recognition, career progression and succession management) for clients with initiatives that align with these areas, using the talent modules of the WorkforceNow platform. This job family requires expertise and experience in working with clients and the ability to offer customized strategic consultative support around talent management business transformation, organizational and cultural change management methods, tools and expertise in support of helping clients drive talent initiatives in their organization to increase effectiveness, productivity and business outcomes. The Talent Solutions Specialist will partner with Relationship Management, Sales and Service to target clients in need of support from a talent management domain expert and/or those clients with low utilization or value recognition within the services aligned to talent management. In this role, the Talent Solutions Specialist will be responsible for building trust with clients' C-Suite executives and key stakeholders to ensure consistent, quality engagements in support of improved client retention and loss prevention. The Talent Solutions Specialist leverages knowledge and experience to autonomously offer guidance to clients that aligns with their business objectives, talent strategy and ADP suite of services which may also include original tools developed by the Talent Solutions Center of Excellence. The Talent Solutions Specialist is required to support "at risk" clients to provide a higher level of engagement and support in an effort to help demonstrate value and retain the business for ADP. They will also partner with multiple ADP business units that are both core and non-core to the Comprehensive Services offering in support of enhanced utilization of the offering or to drive additional revenue opportunities for ADP. The Talent Solutions Specialist must remain knowlegeable about the external market and industry trends and will provide education to clients and internal associates in Comprehensive Services on relevant insights and business challenges related to human capital management and talent management in support of driving utilization and client value recognition, satisfaction and retention. The Talent Solutions Specialist must be knowledgeable of the functionality of all versions of WorkforceNow currently in production for Comprehensive Services clients as well as those solutions that are core and non-core to the offering (ex. Recruitment Services, Kenexa and Screening and Selection Services). The Talent Solutions Specialist will provide support to Comprehensive Services clients in the US and in Canada which may require interfacing with organizations that provide business and language translations appropriate to the region. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Deliver expertise and experience in working with clients and the ability to offer customized strategic consultative support around talent management business transformation, organizational and cultural change management methods, tools and expertise in support of helping clients drive talent initiatives in their organization to increase effectiveness, productivity and business outcomes. * Partner with Relationship Management, Sales and Service to target clients requiring the support of a talent domain expert and/or those clients with low utilization or value recognition within the services aligned to talent management. * Provide customized strategic consultative support and recommendations by reviewing clients' current talent management processes to identify potential gaps, business transformation opportunities and organizational and cultural enhancements. * Autonomously construct recommendations leveraging deep domain experience and industry research that aligns with the clients' business objectives, talent strategy and ADP suite of services. * Possesses a thorough understanding of our clients' human capital management and business objectives related to talent management to proactively demonstrate and deliver increased value through the lifecycle of the client to address short- and long-term goals. * Possesses the ability to engage with clients' across all market segments and industries to confidently and autonomously deliver guidance and support based on a clients' specific needs. * Provide professional business tools including best practices, roadmaps, playbooks, toolkits, samples and guides to compliment consultative support and recommendations to support clients' delivery and execution within their business operations. * Enhances strategic business partnerships by engaging and building trust with our clients' C-Suite executives and key stakeholders to drive client retention and improve loss prevention. * Develops and maintains effective, proactive relationships and communications with clients, third parties and ADP departments/associates to contribute to a successful overall client experience. * Develop a value-based relationship with each client, resulting in increased utilization of Comprehensive Services technology and service offerings related to talent management. * Attend on-site client meetings as needed at the request of the client and/or Relationship Manager to provide personalized engagement to impact positive client partnerships. * Identifies new service and/or product opportunities that support our clients from a talent management perspective to drive increased revenue, client satisfaction and retention and coordinates as necessary with the Relationship Manager. * Maintains a working knowledge and understanding of the ADP Comprehensive Services product and service suite with a focus on talent management solutions, effectively demonstrating the value of each to the client using additional resources where available and appropriate. * Maintain a comprehensive account of all client engagement activities through Siebel CRM to ensure business unit communication with key stakeholders supporting Comprehensive Services clients. * Demonstrates strong project management skills to establish and manage activities toward project milestones independently or in conjunction with Implementation, Relationship Management and Service. * Communicates continuously with client, Relationship Manager, Service and ADP Project Managers regarding project status as necessary to ensure all project milestones and assigned tasks are completed according to the established timelines. * Guides client and/or team on functional design and integration into client's infrastructure and adoption of ADP's best practices. * As needed, may engage Professional Services for those projects outside the scope of the offering that may result in a billable engagement with the client. (Comp Services does not currently have a Professional Services Team due to limited resources; however, this may be an addition in the future.) * Develops customized professional tools for clients based on extensive research leveraging industry trends and own experience and expertise to deliver a customized version based on client specific requirements to include roadmaps, playbooks,toolkits, guides and samples. * Proactively conducts a client talent management analysis to gain insight on their business goals and objectives for which the Talent Solutions Specialist provides guidance and support. * Proactively identifies low utilization levels of the Comprehensive Services solutions to develop tools needed to increase client adoption and retention. * Participate in client discussions using groups such as the Client Advisory Council to validate focus and content of tools. * Participate in discussions with Sales to better understand business needs of clients based on competitive selling activities. * Develops professional case study tools on client engagements in an effort to provide client facing documents that articulate the value of the Talent Solutions Organization. * Drive education of Comp Services clients and associates on relevant industry trends in talent management. * Develop and deliver client webinars to educate on current, relevant industry trends in talent management and to enhance the utilization of the talent components of the client value chain. * Work with HR industry organizations to obtain approval for accreditation and CEUs for client educational webinars. * Using input from educational assessment tools and feedback from associates, develop and deliver education and tools to support knowledge development around talent trends. * Act as subject matter expert around talent management trends to help drive proactive consultation within the Administrative Solutions Support Team in working with clients. * Participate in the creation of tools to help the Administrative Solutions Support Team and Employee Service Center Teams drive proactive conversations with clients around talent management topics and trends. * Maintain current content available for client engagements on the SharePoint site entitled Talent Connection for access by ADP associates across Comprehensive Services and other organizations such as Sales. * Proactively stay abreast of current trends using training, webinars, conferences, business publications, industry organizations in human resources and talent management and networking so as to provide relevant support to clients and internal associates. * Obtain and maintain professional certifications in human resources for the purpose maintaining current knowledge of human resources and talent management trends and establishing credibility with clients, internal associates and external partners. * Provides support to team members in a subject matter expert role focused on a specific talent area to deliver information and tools along with diagnosis and communication of relevancy to clients based on market segment and industry. * Maintains and expands knowledge / proficiency on current industry trends through research and participation in events, roundtable discussions with clients and the Client Advisory Council. * Uses information gathered through engagement in projects with clients as well as own research to identify opportunities for development of new tools to drive greater utilization of talent components of the Comprehensive Services solution. * Work with core and non-core ADP Organizations and external vendors in support of client's enhanced utilization of the Comp Services HR solutions. * Leveraging previous practioner knowledge and experience, the Talent Solutions Specialist collaborates with Product Development in driving significant product enhancements for future versions of the Workforce Now talent modules. * Create and conduct tests on practitioner, manager and employee Workforce Now talent module scenerios to validate product enhancements and functionality. * Participate in breakout sessions with Administrative Solutions Team members to provide guidance and support with testing scenerios and to educate on product enhancements and functionality. * Work with clients to validate proposed features through activities such as hands-on labs, Client Advisory Council meetings and individual client engagements. * Recommends product and service changes to further business development and optimize client satisfaction. (eg Standard Operating Procedures, Company Operating Procedures, Best Practices). * Participates in task forces and stretch assignments that may require presentations to Senior Leadership on the value proposition of the initiative, impact to the business and support needed to implement. * Support to the Sales Organization through education and support of individual sales opportunities. * Create and deliver sales training to Sales District Managers, Solutions Consultants and Solutions Architects around the support model and value proposition of the Talent Solutions Organization. * Participate in sales strategy discussions with District Managers to provide guidance around individual sales engagements in an effort to win the business and drive revenue for ADP. * Participate in live client sales presentations with Sales District Managers to articulate the value of the Talent Solutions support model to prospective Comprehensive Services clients in an effort to demonstrate ROI and win the business for ADP. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Education Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with Major area of concentration in Human Resources, PHR or SPHR (preferred) Experience: 4 - 7 years experience in an HR practitioner, leadership or key partnership role during which proficiency in more than one of the pillars of talent (recruiting and onboarding, compensation management, performance management, learning and leadership development, rewards and recognition, career progression and succession management) was established.Experience in working in a client support role.
