Turndown Attendant

Summary: To provide turndown services of guest rooms, and any additional duties as assigned by the P.M. Floor Supervisor in accordance with ZaZa standards.
Essential Functions:

1. Responds to all guest requests appropriately.
2. Always greet our guests warmly with a smile, call them by name whenever possible.
3. Depending upon the hotel occupancy responsible to provide turndown services for assigned number of guest rooms.
4. Follow ZaZa Turn Down Service procedures for rooms
5. To provide full cleaning service of guest rooms upon request.
6. Removes room service trays from guest rooms and place in hallways.
7. Assist P.M. Floor Supervisor with special requests/ services as needed.
8. Report any broken items found in rooms to Engineering or supervisor.
9. Turn in any found articles to a supervisor or return it to the Housekeeping office.
10. Follow all proper Hotel safety policies and procedures and use safety equipment as needed

Working Environment:

1. Interior of hotel. Exposure to extreme heat and humidity.
2. Exposure to hazardous laundry cleaning chemicals
3. Potential exposure to HAZCOM materials/OSHA training

• Specific vision abilities required by this job to see, read, write, and use a computer
• Must be able to communicate with guests in English.
