The Day-to-Day Responsibilities, If Chosen:

Membership & Personal Training Sales, and Sales Management —

Body District has proven systems that help prospects overcome the apprehensions associated with joining our gym, switching from their gym to our gym, or with starting a health and wellness program. When deployed as trained, this system doesn't feel like sales at all, because it isn’t. Remember, people walk into Body District wanting to be inspired. One of your day-to-day responsibilities is to do just that.

Additionally, as the leader of the personal trainer team, your role will include the recruiting, hiring, and terminating of personal trainers at the gym. You will also be responsible for coordinating weekly team meetings, designed to teach the trainer team and provide guidance that directs the gym towards meeting its fiscal objectives for the year. Finally, in this role, you will also coordinate team building and employee wellness sessions.

Member Experience —

Our world revolves around our members! They count on us to make their experience at Body District second to none. One of your responsibilities as Team Manager will be to maintain the highest standards of customer service, including making sure members enjoy all aspects of the environment inside the club, and that they’re inspired to share their experiences with friends, family, and coworkers. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and aim to make each member's and guest's experience exceptional! Do you have this effect on people?

Community Involvement —

We love our community, Addison Circle, and love being a part of the entire local community. Our commitment to contributing to the overall wellness of the communities we serve is a key priority. As such, we set aside time to make sure we’re adding value, even if it means putting in some weekend work occasionally. There are countless opportunities to get outside the club and promote the amazing qualities of Body District. We actively participate in the local apartment association’s, community and city sponsored events.

Housekeeping Oversight —

Body District has built a strong reputation for being a bright, clean and organized gym. Maintaining such a standard is not only pleasing in appearance, it also contributes to a safer environment. We have a full time cleaning person on staff, and that person will answer to the Team Manager.
