General Manager

F & W Lawn Care & Landscaping has been a premier provider in the green industry for many years. We pride ourselves in superb service and a high quality of work. We are looking for a general manager to oversee our operations. Aside of having EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE in the landscaping/lawn care industry, this person must posses precise organizational/operational skills, time-management skills, have landscape process knowledge, have strong communication skills, capability of managing employees, and have knowledge in commercial and residential work. We are looking for someone who is thorough and can implement departmental processes to create efficiency and team work in all aspects of our full service company. This position will be a salaried position (pay rate based on experience) and will be eligible for benefits.
