Job Requirements:
  • Strong work history in recruiting and hiring. College graduates preferred. 
  • Professional and/or personal experience in the world of seniors and caregiving.
  • Pleasant, confident, warm personality. Relationship builder: able to listen, validate, and give assurances. 
  • Organized, systems-oriented, holds self to high standards.
  • Advanced interpersonal communication skills. A good judge of character. 
Job Description:
  • Write and post compelling ads to recruit the best applicants in our market.
  • Use software to manage applicant inquiries. Pre-screen applicants, and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct interviews to determine eligibility for employment. Oversee all screening tasks including background checks and drug testing.
  • Hire and conduct orientation meetings for new CAREGivers.
  • Establish and maintain employee files. Electronic files and hard copies. 
  • Bridge relationship with new hires to other key office staff including trainer and scheduler.   
  • Conduct reviews with CAREGivers after 90 days and orient them about company benefits. 
Wages:
  • $15-22 per hour depending on experience, education, and fit.
  • 40-hour work week - Monday through Friday with occasional weekend duties.
