The Billing and Payroll Specialist is expected to manage the finance process (payroll and billing) and all administrative tasks for the office. Primary Responsibilities: &bull Reflect the core values of MML Senior Care, (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise). &bull Handle office responsibilities to allow a consistent, well-functioning of all administrative and finance related activities. Manage the activities of the front desk receptionist and other administrative personnel o Manage the inbound and outbound mail, visitor interactions, phone transfers and ordering of supplies &bull Manage the billing processing, including client invoices and CAREGiver payroll o Coordinate closely with our third party provider of book-keeping services o Follow up with clients whose bills may be past due o Respond to CAREGiver inquiries related to shift times, duration, clock ins and payroll matters &bull Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in the operating system &bull Communicate client and CAREGiver concerns or problems with owner or other staff members as appropriate &bull Ensure Home Instead Senior Care standards are met and upheld &bull Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities &bull Demonstrate open and effective communication with owner, colleagues and CAREGivers
