Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a fun, outgoing person for our Scheduling Coordinator position for our Salt Lake City office.  Great job for someone who likes to talk and communicate between clients and caregivers, set their schedules, and coordinate their needs in order to provide the highest quality of service.  Assign caregivers and coordinate schedules on a daily basis. Monitor and mediate schedule daily activities.

The Scheduling Coordinator must possess the experience and skill to perform the job responsibilities, needs to be highly organized, have strong communication and people skills.  Must have the ability to work in an active team environment and multitask. Great benefits and stability.   




Candidate must be/have:
   
    Highly organized multitasking skills
    Ability to connect and interact clearly with seniors
    Must have superior communication skills in both oral and written
    Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
    Working knowledge in basic business software programs including Microsoft software

Full time-hourly position M-F 8am-5pm
Position is Monday through Friday with some evening and weekend hours as needed
