Home Health Care Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN

Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. 

Primary responsibilities include:

• Maintains a current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living or long term care environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, techniques and methods applied to heath and wellness resident care federal and state and local regulations
• Demonstrated knowledge of good assessment skills
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to teach and guide team members to provide quality clinical care
• Competent in organizational, time management skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
• Proficiency in computer skills, ClearCare, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Flexible hours, shifts, short-term, long-term
• Pay rate &ndash Per visit
• Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance 
• Current Tuberculosis Test and CPR and First Aid Certification required
