Job Description

1. E-commerce Order Management and Fulfillment – Managing, fulfilling, packing, shipping, and customer service for daily online e-commerce orders. Handling all correspondences regarding customer orders, along with follow up procedures. Working closely with production team to ensure order fulfillment is accurate and on time. Coordinating incoming and outgoing package deliveries via third-party shipping services.

2. Customer Relations and Outreach – Providing customer service to e-commerce and showroom customers, as well as leveraging selling tools to maximize sales and to educate the customer. Creating new client relations within target demographic to increase sales. Managing daily customer service online chat inquiries.

3. Showroom and Inventory Management – Scheduling and managing showroom appointments. Follows opening and closing procedure, completes sales, returns, and exchanges. Leads the sales floor to ensure a consistently memorable customer shopping experience using the highest standards of customer relations. Regular merchandising of product assortment and managing product inventory, while working alongside multiple teams to ensure order fulfillment is accurate and on time. Monitor weekly sales and reporting for retail and wholesale. Set inventory control and loss prevention policies.

4. Sales and Wholesale – Engaging and educating customers about our brand story, product collection, and special projects and collaborations. Create monthly sales plans and set realistic goals. Coordinate the fulfillment of seasonal wholesale deliveries, preparing invoices, corresponding with buyers, and arranging shipments within cancellation deadlines.

5. Maintenance and Administrative – Maintaining a clean & presentable environment at all times. Cleaning shipping area and showroom, restocking shipping supplies, moving boxes – must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Additional assistance with sales goals and projections, special projects, events, social media content, and other miscellaneous initiatives.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

+ Experience in luxury fashion/accessory retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and customer service is a MUST

+ Experience building and maintaining relationships with retail clientele

+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaborative skills

+ Ability to multitask; is extremely organized and efficient; and has the ability to communicate effectively and professionally

+ Reliable transportation
