Job Description
We are seeking a Superintendent - Retail Construction to join our team! We are a general contractor based out Fort Worth, TX that services retailers nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from start to completion while onsite
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to travel
- Previous relevant experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
