Job Summary:
We are looking for a tech-savvy, people person to join our boutique real estate team to help achieve our extraordinary goals as we grow as a business.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Learn about technology and work with the team for continuous processes efficiency
· Obtain feedback from Client Care, Colleagues, and Agents
· Acquire processes for Client Care Team and support team when needed
· Allow company to communicate process changes and inform/train Client Care Team
· Encourage team to cross train and learn
· Be an effective team therapist and coach
· Coordinate smooth transition between weekend and weekdays
· Demonstrate leadership abilities to improve processes
· Ability to drive forward key strategic projects and run operational business
· Effective team player and team builder
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
· Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree
· 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
Preferred Skills:
· Highly motivated and motivating individual
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Detail oriented with a proven ability to multi-task
· Possess project management skills
· Great sense of responsibility
· Knowledge of The Lean Strategy
· Experience using SalesForce
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office
