Waterford Senior Living, located in the quiet Village of Waterford, WI is a Memory Care and RCAC seeking compassionate, hardworking and reliable Resident Assistant/CNA's.

The right individual will possess strong interpersonal skills, a caring personality, along with the knowledge to assist residents with their every day living while encouraging independence.

Due to continuing to grow we now have openings on all shifts part and full-time. Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities and Duties

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Interacts socially with the residents and their families to help increase and maintain a positive social and personal environment.
  • Implements the resident’s Care Plan by providing assistance with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
  • Provides care or assistance to all residents with a high quality of nursing, support and personal care including but not limited to, bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, medication management, vital signs and weight checks as per the resident’s Care Plan and the Company’s policies.
  • Provide medication management for the residents by following the Medication Management Policy.
  • Ensure the safety and dignity of all residents.
  • Observe residents and reports signs and symptoms of medical, nutritional, cognitive and behavioral problems. Report all unusual behavior of residents to management and record in the resident’s file.
  • Documents and maintains resident’s information on a daily basis to charting program.
  • Provide a clean and safe environment for all residents.
  • Respond to all emergencies in accordance to policy and procedures.
  • Maintains a professional presence at all times.
  • Be on time and ready to work when your shift begins.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director and the Management team.
