Sales Development Executive - Full-time / Part-time

Sales Development Rep:

Integrity Staffing is looking for a Sales Support Specialist for a temp to hire position in Shepherdsville, KY

 

Role:

The Sales Development Rep is the launching Pad for your sales career and progression into a Sales Manager or Marketing Role with the company. The focus in the SDR role is growing the top of the Funnel for specific markets where the company launches a presence. We’re seeking high energy, passionate and positive sales professionals who are curious, resilient and determined to succeed with a fast growing company. 

 

Description of the role:

• Blend of inbound and outbound lead generation, follow up and qualification
• Coordination with team of Sales Managers regarding territory strategy, target accounts, route planning and scheduling key meetings
• Communicating with prospective customers in engaging and creative ways to increase chances of converting from a lead to a spending account
• Frequent coaching, sales training and guidance from leadership team including Directors of the company

 

Responsibilities:

• Contacting hand-picked leads in our database
• Diligent and creative preparation for each call beforehand, optimizing dials and increasing chances for success
• Setting and confirming appointments for people to meet with Sales Managers
• Answer and respond to incoming calls, emails, and voice messages from prospects
• Following-up with leads and ensuring that all calls are properly documented
• Actively engaging with the team to ensure daily / weekly / monthly goals are met
• Tracking and logging calls daily to ensure accurate and successful documentation
• Professionally representing our brand, vision and value at all times

 

Ideal Qualifications:
 

• Minimum of 3-6 months prior prospecting/ sales development experience
• Prior use of sales technologies or CRM’s
• Comfortable making 30-50 calls per day
• Ability to ask probing questions, listen, qualify and align value to various business problems and at various levels (i.e. end user vs Distributor) 
• Demonstrable experience leading a group, project, event etc.
• Ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of clothing/ work wear a plus
• Bachelor's degree required

Pay Rate

$13.00
