Electrical Helper, Carpentry Helper, Plumbing Helper - Full-time / Part-time

Gross $600 per week!  $15.00 /hr., Homewood. Full time, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, STARTS May 14; ends Aug 3. 

You will be getting rooms ready for occupancy in the Fall. Must commit to full schedule (able to take up to one week off if desired, between Jun 3 – Jul 8).

REQUIREMENTS – here’s what you need in your tool belt:

• Dependable transportation; punctual & dependable
• Drug-free
• Background checks required

Electrical Helper:

• Will work on a team under the direction of a certified electrician.
• Previous experience assisting with/doing basic electrical repairs, such as:
• … replacing light covers, light fixtures
• … replacing wall outlets / electrical boxes / light switches

Plumbing Helper:

• Will work on a team under the direction of an experienced plumber.
• Previous experience assisting with/doing basic plumbing repairs, such as:
• … replacing gaskets or washers for leaking controls
• … replacing faucets, shower heads, etc.
• … repairing clogged or slow drains (cleaner chemical or snake)
• … fixing / replacing toilet parts

Carpenter Helper:

• Will work on a team under the direction of an experienced carpenter.
• Previous experience assisting with/doing basic carpentry or furniture repairs, such as:
• … repairing desk or hutch drawers
• … replacing missing/broken knobs, handles
• … repairing door handles, door hinges
• … repairing window latches, hinges
