What you'll do:
- North American vendor tooling asset accounting activities, forecasting and reporting for tool capitalization and amortization expense, and cross-functional partnering on vendor tooling process redesign initiatives
- Tooling asset accounting activities oversight include capitalizations, transfers, disposals, and useful life changes
- Performance of month-end closing activities, and account reconciliation reviews
- Forecast and reporting oversight include monthly forecasting and variance reporting, annual budgeting, and periodic business plan development and reporting to senior management
- Cross-functional vendor tooling process redesign initiatives includes partnering and collaborating with Purchasing, SCIE, CapEx Supplier Tooling Finance, Purchasing Finance, and Mopar
- Providing tooling accounting guidance to stakeholders including product team and CN group
- Providing risk management controllership guidance and integral support for vendor tooling SOX narrative
- SME for all systems development and improvements
- Supporting corporate fixed assets reporting team
What You'll Learn:

- Investment spending on vehicle and powertrain programs
- Product Planning timing for vehicle and powertrain programs and the impact to financial statements
- How to navigate and use multiple SAP modules (FI, CO, AA, MM, PS, AP)
- Being able to lead and manage finance and accounting responsibilities
