Job Title: Sales Coordinator Organization: Dental US Digital Sales Position Reports to: Inside Sales Director, US & Canada General Summary: Responsible for a multitude of administrative components critical to the health of the sales organization. Under general supervision, this position is responsible for working closely with both the inside and outside sales teams to assist with nearly all aspects the sales lifecycle, ranging from lead creation to order submission. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Answer inbound sales related phone calls and direct calls to appropriate sales representative(s) * Receive and handle all incoming calls and registrations for events (webinars, user conferences, local events, sponsored dinners, etc.) * Log sales leads into CRM system from a variety of sources, including phone calls, business reply cards, tradeshows, webinars and marketing sponsored events * Provide general administrative support to the sales organization and assist with a multitude of tasks which include preparing quotes, resolving CRM pricing conflicts, ordering literature, initiating customer support inquires, researching customer accounts and hardware warranties as well as coordinating changes associated to product licensing * Perform post event responsibilities including updating final attendee lists, consolidating evaluations and various other assigned tasks * Regularly engage in assigned outbound telemarketing campaigns to proactively penetrate untapped customer market and seek out new business * Perform special duties as directed by management Key/Critical Competencies: * Knowledge of company functions, corporate initiatives, general product/services, productions and marketing policies * Exceptional customer service skills and telephone etiquette * The position is a supporting role to multiple sales territories; must be able to work with a wide variety of individuals and manage time to meet both individual and shared goals * Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to problem solve and make decisions independently * Well-organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Education and Experience: * High school diploma, prefer AA or Bachelor's degree * Previous sales or military experience will be considered Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
