Chick-fil-A at Marlton operates a kitchen and kiosks at Citizen's Bank Park for all Phillies games and events at the stadium. As the season approaches we are seeking strong leadership to facilitate the events at the ballpark.
The leader chosen for the position will need to demonstrate his/her ability to:
- Lead a team toward shared goals
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Have a passion for excellence
- A good eye for detail
- Be able to schedule staffing to meet the needs of the business while maintaining wage constraints
- Be able to ensure food safety
- Be able to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the facility and equipment
