We are seeking 2 strong leaders to activate and maximize those events. The leader should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. The leader will need to be able to handle high-pressure situations and motivate a team during the busy events.
- Additional requirements include the ability to order and manage inventory levels.
- Schedule staffing to meet demands while managing costs
- Production scheduling to ensure that all items meet Chick-fil-A's food quality standards
- Manage events to maximize sales
- Mange production to minimize waste
- Ensure food safety standards of all products sold
- Ensure cleanliness of equipment and kitchen
The schedule is largely nights and Saturday's. Chick-fil-A does not open at the arena on Sunday.
