We are looking for a qualified receptionist to join our team! This position will work 6 hrs per day.

Position Summary:

The Front Office Receptionist will handle various administrative tasks in our front office area. This role plays an important part in communicating effectively with our customers and maintaining an organized administrative schedule. 

Responsibilities

Answers all incoming calls with proper telephone etiquette, direct callers to appropriate person or transfer to voicemail as needed
Route voicemail, email and faxes received in general admin mailbox to appropriate team members. In some instances returning calls to gather more information as needed
Serves as first point of contact for office visitors, greeting guests in a friendly manner, determining nature of visit and communicate with team members
Monitors and maintains office equipment including industrial copy machine. Act as the point of contact for vendors servicing office equipment. 
Maintains security by following procedures, adding and removing access cards.
Distributes incoming mail timely and process outgoing mail including overnight packages
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
On an ongoing basis, organize storage rooms, restock supplies in employee break room and work room, ensure common areas of the office are kept neat and clean, and tidy the office in preparation for meetings, executive leadership visits, and client tours
Assists with any administrative projects for other departments as requested

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

Prior customer service experience, preferred
Computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience answering multiple phone lines
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers

Other

Ability to pass a background check and a drug test according to company policy
