Our company is a Sanibel landmark since 1980. We seek long term employment with our friendly dedicated staff. We are looking for a mature person who seeks a career, not a job in our organization. Individual will be trained to handcraft some of the finest frozen confections in southwest Florida which are known domestically and abroad for our unique flavors.  We take the craft seriously but manage to have fun producing one of a kind ice cream, gelato, sorbet, frozen yogurt and custards.

Early AM hours required. Some flexibility in schedule outside of peak tourist season. Confidentiality agreements are mandatory after comprehensive training.  We seek a Non-Smoker with reliable transportation. Food Manager Certification is preferred but we will train individuals for food handler certification at a minimum.  Background checks are required. Salary is commensurate with experience. Bridge toll reimbursement for both Sanibel and Cape Coral bridges are offered.
