Lead Merchandiser - Full-time / Part-time

Responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts.
• Maintain appropriate product levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts including shelf allocation and cold equipment.
• Build and maintain product displays in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain clean and organized back-room and manage trade breakage for assigned accounts.
• Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow up.
• Maintain professional, team relationship with co-workers and customers.
• Transport, replace and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for account.
• Maintain merchandising standards while rotating products in designated accounts.
• Train new or existing merchandisers on standard merchandising activities and procedures.
• Help determine stores product needs and support maintenance of inventory levels, will place and transmit appropriate orders.
• Point of contact for merchandisers while in the trade in the absence of a Merchandising Supervisor.

Job Requirements
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* 2-4 years of general work experience required.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Ability to follow an ordering methodology, math skills, and business judgment skills.
* Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
* Experience working with minimal supervision.
* Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack.
* Valid driver's licenses, current vehicle liability insurance and driving record within MVR policy guidelines required.
* In customer accounts, occasional hot/cold environments.
* Periodic bending, kneeling, pulling, and/or lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.
* This position requires 50% travel by car.
