This job is hard and the hours are long. Experience is nice but we will hire for desire if you demonstrate you can stretch yourself to new heights. This is not your typical restaurant; average is the enemy here, so only those who wish to lead well and do the fun parts along with tough parts need apply. Our new family member must be driven and have determination over experience. Recommendation letters are a plus and you need to know that the restaurant business requires long hours and hard work. We will depend on you but you in turn can depend on us.
