Job Description:

• Manage daily production including scheduling and distribution of work orders and inventory and functionality of all window cleaning equipment.
• Manage the check-in process of cleaners validating completed work, time and vehicular mileage
• Manage commercial account work and coordinate with customer contacts.
• Monitor work quality and manage process improvement efforts.
• Manage cleaners including performance reviews, discipline and recognition.
• Manage recruitment, hiring and training of window cleaners.
• Conduct weekly safety training for window cleaners and document all safety incidents.
  • Conduct bi-weekly sales/operations meeting to improve communications.
• Train window cleaners how to estimate and sell jobs.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others to perform assigned tasks.
• Ability to prioritize and assign responsibilities to others.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Team building skills.
• Experience selling and/or working with customers preferred.
