Marketing Coordinator - Entry Level

Votion is in need of an Entry Level Marketing Coordinator to execute marketing initiatives and provide daily support to our management team. Daily activities include identifying consumer trends and solutions, implementing marketing programs to increase consumer exposure, and coordinating ongoing campaign efforts. Given success in individual projects at entry level, this position will also have the opportunity to assist in managing territories, creating training materials, and the potential for campaign management. The goal of the Entry Level Marketing Coordinator is to ensure that their client’s brands are recognized as industry leaders through increased revenue, brand awareness and increased market share.

Entry - Level Responsibilities: 

• Responsible execution of daily tasks surrounding product and service promotions for assigned clientele
• Monitor and communicate market and industry trends, consumer feedback, and adjust the campaigns accordingly with the team
• Collaborate with other teams to map territory, game plan, and launch marketing plans
• Ensure a seamless sales process through effective marketing and promotional tactics
• Represent client brands at promotional events
• Implement strategic marketing events to achieve significant increases in brand awareness and client sales
• Coordinate and manage the needs of existing clients and customers

**This is not a door-to-door, business-to-business, social media or digital marketing position.

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, promotional events or related duties
• Exceptional communication, listening and networking skills
• Fast and effective decision-making abilities
• Ability to complete duties and multi-task in a busy environment
• Self-motivated, proven leader
• Basic technical proficiency
• College degree in marketing / advertising, communications, business or related field
