Beer & Claw is a large, upscale, gastropub-style restaurant opening in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. By combining the best of contemporary Asian and American cuisine with a full bar and a lively, friendly atmosphere, we are looking to become a vibrant new hot-spot on the Pasadena restaurant scene. To help us create that high-energy environment, we are building a team of bright, enthusiastic individuals looking to spread our passion for great food and drink to the people of Pasadena!

Hiring:

Servers, Bartenders, Hosts and Bussers

Qualifications:

- Over one year of previous customer service experience is required

- Restaurant experience with serving, bartending or hosting is highly preferred

- Must be able to legally pour and serve alcohol

- Responsible Beverage Service training must be completed by servers and bartenders

- Food Handler Card is required

Reliability:

- Reliable transportation to work is a MUST

- Predictable availability is required

- We prefer candidates living close to the restaurant

Attitude/Teamwork:

- Experience working in a team environment is a must

- Good communication skills

- Upbeat, positive attitude

- Passion for good food and drink!!

Work Ethic:

- Enjoys working in a fast paced, high pressure environment

- Able to stand and complete tasks at a quick pace for 5+ hours

Knowledge:

- Familiarity with asian, seafood and/or cajun cuisine is preferred
