Beer & Claw is a large, upscale, Cajun Seafood restaurant recently opened in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. By combining the best of contemporary Cajun and American cuisine with a full bar and a lively, friendly atmosphere, we are quickly becoming a vibrant new hot-spot on the Pasadena restaurant scene. To help us create this high-energy environment, we are building a team of bright, enthusiastic individuals looking to spread our passion for great food and drink to the people of Pasadena!
Hiring:
Line Cooks
Wage:
$16+/hr after tip
Qualifications:
- Over one year of experience with meat/veggie prep
- Previous experience working in a large, fast-paced, structured kitchen environment is preferred
- Previous experience as a Line Cook is required
- Food Handler Card is required
Reliability:
- Reliable transportation to work is a MUST
- Predictable availability is required
- We prefer candidates living close to the restaurant
Attitude/Teamwork:
- Experience working in a team environment is a must
- Good communication skills
- Upbeat, positive attitude
- Passion for good food and drink!!
Work Ethic:
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Able to stand and complete tasks at a quick pace for 6+ hours
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with cajun, seafood and/or asian cuisine is preferred
