About this job
Identify & resolve enrollment and/or premium billing discrepancies at the subscriber and group level from comparing carrier billing statements, census data, and monthly discrepancy reports.
1. Perform audits on carrier billing statements to identify discrepancies between KELLY and the carrier systems at the subscriber and group level. Address and follow to resolution all identified discrepancies by carrier target date.
2. Completely, accurately and efficiently perform internal audit requests, including escalated inquiries.
3. Ensure all written correspondence sent to carriers/internal departments is accurate and professionally presented.
4. Work effectively with internal (KELLY Finance Operations, Enrollment, and Installation) and external partners (carrier & suppliers) to identify and trend issues.
5. Maintain knowledge of enrollment, reconciliation, and carrier procedures, as well as internal systems and websites used for processing enrollment.
6. Utilize data assessment tools (e.g. MS Access & Excel, etc.) to efficiently and effectively identify data discrepancies.
