CNC Lathe - Full-time / Part-time

The Reserves Network is a full service staffing firm specializing in light industrial, manufacturing, and office placement. Our client is located in

North Orlando and is seeking a Full Time CNC Operator/Machinist

2nd Shift

Monday - Thursday

$15-$22 per hour, DOE

Duties Include:

Set up and Operate CNC Machines

Maintain Quality

Responsible for Safety

Performs various Machine functions such as cutting, drilling, milling, boring of metal pieces

Set up machines depending on tooling requirements and control settings

Mounts, aligns and secures tooling/attachments on machines

Select and Install cutting tools in machine spindle

Loads Control media or enters commands to retrieve pre-programmed instructions

Calculate and set machine controls

Trouble shoot and rework fixtures when needed

Requirements Include:

High School Diploma or GED

Able to read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets and related data

2-3 years experience operating and programming a CNC Mazak Multi Axes Machines

Lift up to 50lbs

Able to use Tape Measure and Hand Tools

Experienced with Geometric Dimensions and Tolerance

Experienced in working with Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Alloys and Titanium

Must pass client pre-screening process

Able to stand on feet throughout shift

Experienced with Shop Traveler and Integrex a Plus!
