Injection Mold Operator line Operators for a professional, fast paced, and performance driven manufacturing company in Winchester, TN. This is a family owned company-they call you by your name and include you in the team! Specializing in the development and manufacture of plastic components for the automotive industry. As an Injection Mold Operator line Operator this is a fantastic opportunity for a Temp to hire position after 90 days. Starting pay $9.30/hr with Perfect Attendance raises at 30 days $9.55/60 days $9.80/90 days $10.05. Hire on full time base pay will be $12.03/hr. Excellent benefits, excellent pay starting at $9.30hr. The ideal Injection Mold Line Operator candidate must be willing to work overtime hours as needed, and willing to cross train in different departments as directed.

Willing to work overtime as needed including Saturdays. Able to work in a Very Fast paced environment. Able to bend, squat, kneel, stand and reach for 8-12 hours per day. Able to keep a clean and safe working environment free of trash and debris. Able to observe all safety rules and practices.
