Requirements
The customer service team is responsible for incoming customer calls requesting custom products, and the CSR must be tech savvy, easily trained on new software, and capable of handling high volume calls (at times). This position is responsible for generating quotes and providing ETAs to the customers. This position can be learned, but candidates should have customer service, phone, and preferable some type of sales experience. Cold calling experience would be a plus, as outbound calls and possibly territory site visits could be down the road (if a good fit for the CSR). Must be strong in standard computer programs, have excellent customer service skills, have solid math skills and be able to multi-task. The ideal candidate will have stable work history, a positive team attitude & self-motivation. Must be able to sit, stand, twist or bend for up to 10 hours per day.
