About this job

Full Charge Bookkeeper

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Salary is contingent upon experience, Client does not offer health insurance at this time

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Accounts payable

Accounts receivable

Preparation and review of financial documents

Banking/invoicing

Processing payroll

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience handling bookkeeping and accounting functions

Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise

Ability to multi-task

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
