Job Description Summary
Overview/Role Purpose: Responsible for participating in upstream and/or downstream aseptic manufacturing of LAL products in a ISO 5 environment according to company and departmental SOPs. Performs set-up and operate production equipment in the LAL Filling and Finishing areas. Performs product inspections and final kit packaging of finished goods.
Key Accountabilities and Duties:
Completes batch records and production forms using GMP documentation practices
Performs aseptic process manufacturing in a ISO 5 cleanroom
Performs inspection and packaging of finished goods
Operates Filling and Finishing production machinery
Allocates inventory using SAP
Performs environmental and personnel monitoring of controlled areas
Minimum Required Qualifications/Skills:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Aseptic technique
Knowledge of cGMP and aseptic clean room behavior preferred
Able to pass aseptic gown qualification
Computer software skills including Microsoft Office and SAP, organizational skills, recordkeeping skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and time management skills
Written and oral communication skills, team oriented, independent work skills, strong work ethic

Job Description Summary
Responsible for performing production functions in the Class 100 cleanroom (core)
and Finishing area according to company and departmental SOP's. Individual will
set up and operate production equipment. Individual will maintain records to
comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
Individual will work in a fast-paced, safety-oriented, team environment.
Primary Role Responsibilities
1.Responsible for executing aseptic processing in a clean room environment adhering to
Standard Operating Procedures
2.Complete documentation concurrently with completion of manufacturing processes
3.Responsible for completing assigned tasks (for example, cleaning, lab setup etc.) related to
departmental functions
4.Perform preventative maintenance and general upkeep on equipment and facilities including
environmental monitoring
5.Responsible for reviewing SOPs, MBRs and other associated forms for revision
6. Review and sign manufacturing batch records
7. Responsible for keeping current on all job relevant trainings
8. Assist in writing deviations and supporting investigations
9. Assist in training entry level staff members
10. Being available for business necessitated overtime is required
