Production Lead - Full-time / Part-time

The production lead is responsible for leading the crews of carpenters and builders. This position will work with the Production Manager to schedule and oversee multiple teams working on multiple projects consecutively.
Schedule shop and install labor
Ensure that deadlines are met for delivery and install
Manage the labor in each build to meet the standard quoted for the project
Train and oversee the shop and install labor
Work with new hires to lean our methods and their work expectations
Continue to train workers to improve their skills
Work to correct any unacceptable behaviors or workmanship
Ensure that builds are being built per the drawings
Work with the production manager to help improve quality, on time shipping, and efficiency on the floor by identifying solutions or ideas for improvement.
