Job Summary

As a Shift Leader at McAlister's Deli you would be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to your team. You should be passionate about the industry, inspiring others, coaching, counseling, creating a profitable environment, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our Associates must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year restaurant management experience required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Professional and positive attitude, pride about doing a job well.
• The ability to encourage others to learn and succeed every day.
• Team-minded skills that articulates the message of delivering superior customer service.
• Excitement that motivates others to have fun every day while facing new and exciting challenges.
