Store Manager: Role Description
Our Store Managers are the leaders of their retail locations. The role of Store Manager is part coach, trainer, cheerleader, and accountability partner. The Puritan Cleaners experience is a local legend and our Store Managers carry on the tradition through developing our Team. At Puritan Cleaners we live by Q3P: Quality through People, Product, and Presentation.

• Is able to appropriately address conflict and handle concerns in a productive and effective manner.
• Takes a personal interest in developing others. Desires to see others win!
• Follows through on commitments and agreed upon action plans. Does what they say they are going to do.
• Listens and takes direction well from the District Manager and upper leadership.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Cleanliness Expert! Keeps their eyes open for areas that need cleaning.

Compensation
Pay is based on a hourly rate with commision from your location’s sales so YOU have the power to achieve your goals as you grow the Team to deliver the Puritan Cleaners experience while enjoying a stable income. Expect a yearly income of $32,000 plus for this location!
