Shift Lead Laundry Attendant - Full-time / Part-time

Reporting to the assistant manager, the shift lead laundry attendant will have overall daily responsibilities for one of of Lucy’s store locations.

Job Responsibilities

• Processing wash, dry, and fold orders
• Using computer systems to input orders for taking for fluff n fold and dry cleaning
• Superb customer service-Lucy’s attendants  will be responsible for representing the Lucy’s brand. Customer service is critical to ensuring the customer experience is consistent with the Lucy’s brand. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, pay attention to detail, and maintain a positive personality
• Prior laundry or dry cleaning experience experience is required.
• Ability to carry laundry bags weighing up to 40 lbs.

General Store Management

• Ensure and maintain overall store cleanliness at all times.
• Create a positive atmosphere for laundromat customers and provide assistance as needed.
• Interface with management to ensure adequate workload is available at store to maintain high productivity levels.
• Ensure and obtain positive store reviews.
• Grow existing dropoff business at location.
• Perform daily staff assignments.
• Ensure compliance with all reports (Out of Order, Daily Processing, etc).
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure vending machines are full.
